30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love your EverHands keepsake. If you're not happy with your kit for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery at infoeverhands@use.startmail.com and we'll refund your order.

How to request a refund
Email us at infoeverhands@use.startmail.com with your order number and a short note telling us what went wrong. We may ask for a photo of the item so we can keep improving our kits. If we need the item back, we'll send you instructions and a return shipping label. Please don't send anything back before contacting us.

Damaged or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, contact us right away and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds
Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to show it on your statement. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at infoeverhands@use.startmail.com.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
